Four More Songs

There are four more songs, below the four in the gizmo's box.  I tried to change the order, so only the new ones show, but gave up, as I am extremely tired.

I hope you enjoy them as much as I do sharing them with you.

Hi Andy,

I am glad that you share your songs with us. You are very talented and many others think so too! Singing is such a personal thing.

You know, I am too shy to sing. I always make consciously funny voices if I am to sing when someone else listens, as I get embarrassed. I am pretty good at imitating voices...

Anyway, thanks for adding more songs!

Jenny,

I guess singing isn't for everybody, but I must say that in my childhood it was often the case that we would be encouraged to sing together, all the time. In summer camp, in school, ect. I think this is something adults should try to remember. They sang... almost certainly, when they weren't in danger of being judged.
When I get nervous in front of an audience, or when I am trying to record (as in here) my voice tightens and I lose my phrasing. This makes you even more self conscious and makes me feel like the feelings I want to have come across, aren't. I think it is natural to be nervous, and part of the process of learning to be a performer, as opposed to merely a songwriter, to fail terribly for a long time, before your an "old hand."
I started this process late in life, and it shows. But I consider it a part of my happiness, not my "job" as it were, and could care less how "perfect" I am.
As long as I can share with others such as you.
Thanks as always Jenny. It's great to discover what is valuable in everyone.
